There is a quiet confidence to this sideboard, built around a body of MDF and wood framing finished in a soft blue-grey lacquer. Across the front, three doors are worked with a subtle geometric relief overlapping circles pressed into the panel surface that catches the light differently as you move past it, giving what could be a plain faade real depth and texture. Interrupting the cool tone is a single nut-brown wood-look column, set slightly proud of the doors, that runs the full height of the piece and grounds it visually. The three doors open to enclosed storage, ideal for tucking away servingware, linens, or the everyday clutter of a busy dining room, keeping surfaces clear and the room composed. Slim stainless steel legs lift the case off the floor, lending the whole piece a sense of lightness despite its substantial 155cm span. Positioned along a dining wall or in a living space, it reads as considered and architectural rather than purely functional, equally at home holding a display of glassware or simply anchoring the room.
